How it All Started...

During covid lockdown restaurants were closed, so I had a lot time to see things from different perspective, and a lot of time to think. had all that time, i sorted my life style with good food and fitness. Getting used to it after a while started feeling much better, something inside me wanted to make this feeling grow so there was when ideas to create something on this level started to pop up. At the same time me and a big friend of mine shared some ideas together, which his story continued to inspire me and made me starting believing in the ideas i had in mind. the story that made me believe more in healthy lifestyle was the experience my friend passed from when he discovered he had a cancer. After all the therapy in Malta, he had to go abroad for other treatments but there was something else that helped him to fight this battle, a big change in the food he ate. It is not just during his treatment but even now that thank God he recovered, is the how the body react when certain food is eaten. From there the concept of Beet started to grow aiming to deliver a message, A message for a healthier version of ourselves, eat good and clean but most important to find that balance to help us lead a happy and contented life.
